The kitchen of the house is well known around the region. Our chef de cuisine and landlord, as also his wife and son, will spoil you with fine menus from the South Tyrolean kitchen. The dishes are influenced by natural, regional and Italian aromas, and prepared with fresh ingredients from our region.
